We're looking for 1-2 Executive Assistant in our New York or Flushing office. The job is very flexible and requires only a few hours/day, very suitable for mom with kids who is not ready to go back to full-time job and looking for part-time job and some extra income. It's also a very good opportunity to learn family financial planning knowledge.
Responsibilities:
1. Support executives to operate daily business and office management, including arranging schedules, filling in client information and paperwork and contacting providers to follow up with cases.
2. Talk to clients to confirm appointments and follow up.
3. Organize seminars and events.
Requirements:
1. Detailed-oriented and reliable since the assistant will handle lots of clients information.
2. Good communication skills and team work spirit since the assistant will talk to clients and providers.
3. At least basic English and Chinese oral and written skills.
4. Fast-learning ability and good learning attitude. We look for an assistant who will stay long-term instead of just a few months.
5. The candidate must have a SSN.
